Office/Logistics

Responsibilities/Qualifications:  

The vast majority of the work performed will be in an office type setting. Pay scale varies with experience.  

• Part-time or full-time position available 32 - 40 hours per week
• Must be well organized
• Well experienced in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Great customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Handling special orders
• Work flow management
• Tracking shipments and packages 
• Customer follow up and notifications

• Experience is a plus but not required. As always, we perform detailed and comprehensive training to ensure customers valuables are handled with the utmost care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ring Sizing 
• Repair jewelry 
• Jewelry maintenance 
• Create and/or work on custom jewelry 
• Working with precious metals and gemstones
