  • Well experienced in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Handling special orders
  • Work flow management
  • Tracking shipments and packages 
  • Customer follow up and notifications

  • Create and/or work on custom jewelry 
  • Working with precious metals and gemstones
