Best of all we will keep you completely involved in your custom piece to ensure you are happy with your final creation. Likewise you can use your gemstones and often times utilize your existing gold.

Answer: Sizing rings purchased at Ken K. Thompson’s is probably the easiest part of your ring purchase since usually you don’t need to know the finger size. With our on-site complete jewelry service center, sizing can be done on new rings purchased from Ken K. within 1 business day and often times while you wait.

Answer: Ken K.’s has never charged to size a new ring recently purchased from us.

Do you engrave on glass or crystal?

Answer: Yes. However, because of the unique requirements of glass and crystal laser engraving, we engrave only glass or crystal purchased from us. Terri can answer any further questions about glass engraving.

Do you engrave custom designs?

Answer: Yes. We have the capability to engrave many custom designs on many different types of materials with both our computerized rotary engraver and our laser engraver.

Does your staff work on commission?
